I was walking down the boulevard, with no particular idea in mind. That day, a shopkeeper offered me to take over his premises. I hesitated... and yet, something inside me said yes.

What's the difference between Vallée du Ciel and Rustic?
Vallée du Ciel is the new name of the historic "Rustic" restaurant founded in 2007 at 13 Rue Grétry. The team, the recipes and the spirit remain the same. Another establishment named "Rustic" recently opened at 3 Rue Grétry, it is a different restaurant, unrelated to ours.
